The Soil Shark is designed as a soil conservation tool that destroys deep compaction layers to increase moisture intake, reduce run off, and increase yields. A working depth ranging from 8” to 18” allows your field to soak up moisture and produce to the highest of it’s ability. The Soil Shark provides maximum tillage without the loss of moisture due to evaporation. As expected, the Soil Shark possesses the classic Orthman strength that a ripping depth of 18” requires.

Soil Shark Features

A heavy duty double toolbar constructed of 7”x 7” steel tubing (3/8” wall thickness) provides the well known Orthman strength necessary to rip at an 18” depth.
Available for row spacings of 30”, 36”, and 40” up to 8 row equipment in category 3 and 4-N mounting platforms.
Standard single gauge wheels determine shank depth while allowing the tractor to not carry implement weight.
Brute 1 1/4” x 8” high strength shanks allow the operator to destroy compaction layers up to 18” deep.
Shanks are forward swept 20 degrees in order to limit soil surface disruption while fracturing up to 30” across at the soil braking depth.
A safety lighting kit is standard on all Soil Shark machines to increase safety when implement is transported both day and night.
