Orthman’s 1500 Series Planter and Cultivator Toolbars are both the leading and most versatile folding toolbars in the row crop industry. The pin adjusted location of the internal folding cylinder allows the toolbar to fold to a selection of 90°, 115°, 135°, or 180° to meet the needs of virtually every row
crop operation.

Standard Specifications: |

- Line bored 14” wide hinges provide smooth hinge movement.
- Standard 3/8” wall tubing (1/2” center section wall tubing on models larger than 35’)
provide superior implement strength.
- 1500 Planter Bars are set to 90° unless otherwise specified when ordering.
- 1500 Cultivator Bars are set to fold to customer preference.
- Adjustable Wing Stops are standard for all 1500 Bars set to fold either 115° or 135°.

any operation.
- A safety lighting package conforming to standard ASAE S279.12 for additional
transport safety.
- Gauge wheels displace toolbar weight to relieve the towing device of unnecessary
continuous weight.
- Bar stands provide safety when implement is not in operation.
- Orthman Row Markers assist with planting accuracy.
- A gull wing package raises the outer wings 5° for additional ground clearance.
- Wing coupler kits for 1500 planter Bars accommodate planter drive shafts at both toolbar hinges.
