Row Unit Standard Equipment:

• The innovative automatic reset trip-tail mechanism alleviates the worry of underground obstructions. Rocks, trees, and etc. trip the tail section of the row unit to protect row unit components.
• Parallel linkage and four adjustable down springs allow vertical travel and individual row unit down pressure adjustment.
• A wrap around mount and proven Orthman toolbar designs provide a long lasting row unit foundation.
• Either a 22” or 24” depth band coulter provides consistent row unit tooling depth while the coulter cuts surface and subsurface residue to reduce hairpinning and aid in residue decomposition.
• Pin adjusted 16” notched trash openers reduce field residue directly behind the depth band coulter prior to the arrival or rearward tooling.
• The redesigned 1” x 4” tillage shank assembly shatters root zone compaction to increase soil porosity, reduce run-off, and allow root systems to utilize deeper soil moisture and nutrients.
• Tillage shank fertilizer tube(s) allow precision fertilizer placement at two depths, if desired, to provide the crop with timely fertilizer access to maximize development from germination through maturity.
• Fully adjustable dual wavy coulters “lift and pinch” action incorporates field residue, decreases soil variability, firms, and completes the seedbed.
• The row unit tail can be outfitted with an optional rolling basket to reduce clod size, retain existing moisture, firm, and complete an optimum seedbed.

• Row Markers allow the 1tRIPr AR to be utilized as a stand alone post harvest tillage and fertilization tool.
• Bar stands provide implement stability when in storage.

• Gauge Wheels allow for precise adjustment of bar height and alleviate the tractor having to carry implement.
