Orthman Manufacturing announces the introduction of the OneTripper One-Pass Seed Bed Preparation System. The 1tRIPr provides total seed bed preparation in a single pass. Whether pre-plant begins in wheat stubble, standing corn stalk or slicing through a cover crop, the 1tRIPr from Orthman manages residue, providing a clean, level seed bed that's ideally prepared.

The 1tRIPr can be utilized as a stand-alone implement, or attached directly in front of the planter or planter row units. This enables multiple operations in a single pass and decreases labor hours. The system is ideal for seed bed preparation and applying fertilizer directly in front of the planter, maximizing strip-tillage savings.

The 1tRIPr is available in 6 through 16 row configurations. The parallel linkage row units, featuring exclusive 22" depth band coulters, provide smooth operation and exact placement of valuable fertilizers. Precision zone-tillage shanks shatter root zone compaction for early crop development and moisture conservation.
