Orthman Sales Coordinator Pablo Barajas was recently featured in the Kearney Hub newspaper, in a story by regional correspondent Harry Perkins. Barajas, a graduate of Lexington High School, attended the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, receiving an International Business degree in 2007. He then lived in California for 3 years before returning to Lexington Nebraska - and Orthman Manufacturing - just this last year.

Orthman Manufacturing, makers of agricultural implements, Soilmover scrapers, and industrial conveying systems, today announced the promotion of Brad Jorgenson, P.E., to General Manager of their new Power Solutions division. Jorgenson will be responsible for all business functions of the Division, including engineering, sales, marketing, and production.

David Reyes and his family moved to Lexington when he was three years old.  David is now a senior at Lexington High School and has an interesting story as to how he found his passion for welding and how that lead to a position and a future with Orthman Manufacturing.

The American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE), recently awarded an AE50 award to Orthman Manufacturing for their Shadow Tracker GPS guidance system. ASABE deemed the Shadow one of the year's most innovative designs in engineering systems for the food and agriculture industries.
